A legal requirement under the GDPR when personal data is processed (Article 35), we carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) for vendors wishing to measure and mitigate the risk to individuals in the processing of personal data. The DPIA exercise is an important artefact to have on hand when seeking investment round funding, establishing partnerships or meeting regulatory data protection requirements, e.g. as a supplier of MedTech solutions to EEA/EU and UK National Health Authorities.
